I can not explain what Training Ground and its trainers have done for me.  After having my fourth child and not feeling great about myself I called to Aleisha and Tiffani for help and they did just that. I highly recommend anything they have to offer.  I have been through bootcamp, personal training and kickboxing with them and have really enjoyed it all.  Need to get a few things off your chest or work some stress out, kickboxing is the way to go.

I started working out with Training Ground and Tiffani, in particular, March 2010. I decided that it was time to get back in shape and their new kickboxing class was just the jump start that I needed! Kickboxing , with Tiffani's supervision and training, did just that - kicked my body into shape! After almost 3 months of kickboxing classes I have lost inches, my clothes fit so much better (I'm even getting back into my smaller sizes!!), and my muscles are stronger, toner, and tighter. I love wearing gloves and hitting the bag; it is an empowering feeling! This is going to sound crazy but I have so much FUN at kickboxing, too! I have made new friends and that makes working out enjoyable, not a chore! If you have ever thought about trying it - DO IT! You'll be glad you did.

I wanted to share my personal experience since I have been working out with Aleisha and Tiffani at Training Ground! I am a 40 year old mother of three boys and really never worked out consistently a day in my life!! That is, until I joined Training Ground and started bootcamp! I can honestly say that my life has changed for the better in so many ways! I am in the best shape of my life, before bootcamp I never wore shorts because I hated the way my legs looked! Now, my legs have muscle tone and definition! I am truly amazed with the changes in my physical appearance! Bootcamp hasn't just been about getting in shape, it has also given me some of the best friends of my life! For me, working out is a challenge unless I have someone to go with or hold me accountable!! That is why bootcamp is perfect for me, when I am not there Tiffani and Aleisha are checking on me and so are the girls that I workout with! Bootcamp is a lot of hard work, but is also a lot of fun!! I never knew that I could love working out, but I truly love it!!! I want to say thanks to Aleisha and Tiffani for the opprotunity to acheive my personal goals and to be a part of the Training Ground family!!

I began training with Tiffani nearly 2 years ago. A few months later I tried bootcamp and loved it! I am now doing private training, bootcamp and kickboxing. I couldn't do without any of them. I love bootcamp for the challenge, private training because it's my one on one time and kickboxing for the great cardio workout and stress relief! I am 35 years old and in the best shape of my life. It's so exciting to see what your capable of and what you can achieve. Tiffani and Aleisha have encouraged me and given me self confidence. Now I challenge myself! Not only am I in the best shape of my life, I look forward to working out everyday, feel great and have made lifelong friends.
 
 
 
Laura WoodWhen I started at Training Ground I had been a loyal Bodyworks customer for years. And I’ll admit, at the beginning, I wasn’t convinced and kept my Bodyworks membership for the first month, but I found that if you want great results you can’t keep doing the same thing all the time. You have to challenge your body and mix up your workouts like only a personal trainer can. I’ve lost a pant size and am in general, just in better shape. And I’m working out the same amount I did at Bodyworks, only at a MUCH more extreme level. My body is definitely more toned and I’m able to more pushups than I ever have… on my toes. Finally, I love the small class size, you really get one on one attention and the accountability I have to my newly found friends is great! Love my trainers, thanks for all you’ve done!!
